The project involved the comprehensive sitework and building construction, including tenant improvments and fixturing for a complete turn-key delivery. The building included a full brick exterior with faux windows to satisfy the conditions of planning and zoning approval and meet the tenant's need for interior wall space for fixtures. The project was completed through the winter for a spring opening ahead of schedule.
The performance of Fortunato Construction led to "preferred general contractor" status and many more projects with Staples.
